How to Speak at a Conference
Frank: The first thing I would do if I've agreed to speak at a conference is get annoyed at past me. You always underestimate how long they will take you and then future you ends up paying the cost so assuming I've been foolish enough to say yes and it's a talk that I've never given before can I mean a 40-minute talk say takes many hours. Frank: For me I practice until I hate the talk essentially and maybe I should dial it back a bit but most diagrams I spend somewhere nowadays a bit faster somewhere between three to 12 hours on.
