Vishal: In my book I spend a lot of time describing the physical environment so as you said Vishal being in Zurich, separating a reading room from a kind of busy slash work computer room. But even way more powerful than all of those things were as powerful not to be discounted or certainly not to be not considered is the relationships that you're in and the way those relationships are structured. And then over and above that it's in the structuring of the relationship with the clientso in my case, we have moved progressively to share classes that given enormous given a very, very good deal to the investor but they barely pay any fees at all.
