Can You Read Just About Anything in the Hegel?
In Gnosticism, the wisdom of God tries to know God but cannot. And then it, it falls and contradiction and materiality starts in, in the myth. But I think that everything else you said, I think seems to be in keeping with what Hegel thinks. So he's basically saying there's a conception of God within Judaism as this unknowable beyond. You can't even write God's name or speak his name right? He sees that as an advance over certain ideas of God which are Greek paganism.
