Is Facebook a Community Notice Board?

Face book's business model is advertising. So they direct hate speech to people who love to be agitated. They should be able to locate hate speech better than anyoney. Somebody gets hurt by somebody who got agitated as a result of being fed hate speech by them, they could arguably sue them for their role in having deliberately propagated their hate speech into that person's account on a regular basis and been a cause of the harmed or murdered person. I don't think anybody believes that these enormous platforms now need be protected like a community notice board in somebody's garage. There's a lot of that happening, and we have to do something about that. We'll talk again next week.
