The Importance of Rommel in the First World War
Rommel was appointed to command seventh panzer division modern new panzer divisions in the spring of 1940. He is personally at the key point when his troops are wavering under the fire from the french defenders on the other side of the river. Within 24 hours he's made bridge hits and the way he's done it is by doing what he did in the first war. Rommel knows exactly what he needs that's rommel's gift he knows where he needs to be, inspires his men to do more than they ever thought they could and he makes the right decisions.
