The Art and Science of Usar Research

I've found it helpful to make sure that our stake holders have understand the bigger picture of usor research, and that there's these are not just methods we're using an isolation to tackle one thing or the other. Really good user research is iterative and triangulates across different data sources. It can be as simple as saying, ok, well, you know the what already, but you don't really know the why or the how people feel. And talking stake holders through the journey of exploring and understanding users needs and understanding users themselves.
