Neville: I have a podcast production business that basically we help a bunch of different clients run their podcasts, sort of like you have someone here helping you with yours. And the way I got into this deal was the guy who runs it, his name is Jonathan, I was like, you're doing X. If you do Y, I want to own 40% of the company. It's called a revenue share or profit share model. Neville: There's Flippa for digital products and online businesses; there's Bizbuy Cell, which is sort of like MLS, the real estate site, but for small businesses.
