Selecting Managers

I love this idea of being able to pull up the roof and see what's actually happening. I would first want to understand a process and how it rolls up into what we team to be excess returns. And then you're going to focus on the people right so are they are they do they have the intellectual curiosity, humility that you’re going to find hard working managers who can deliver those returns. So trying to keep your head above all these longer term processes is really a big deal for a long-term investor.
