I Like Tennis and I Like the Golden Girls
When i was re reading it earlier this year, i found i incredibly moving. She drives down to oxford, and she makes a point of doing it in quite a stately, mature way. And when i brought my first flat and when i got my book deal, i remember really clearly thinking, you know, that that te i'm a lady novelist. I didn't realize how unusual it was then for her to have been that person.
