Agathon says that Eros' love is not the oldest of the gods. But he's the youngest and that he runs from old age fleas from it, avoids aging at all,. but is the most youthful and beautiful of all the gods. Not even Aries could stand up to love, even he bowed to Aphrodite and what she represents. And since Aries is the bravest of all others, love must be the bravestof everyone.
