Nathan: I think it actually hurts your credibility if you state something as an absolute that someone can disprove. Like, for example, I have an opinion that you should never make counter offers, like in a business. Nathan: Why would you do anything that works one out of 10 times? So we just do it as a rule because we know it has a 10% acceptance rate.
