If you don't keep changing the exercise, and I told him, all you got to do is change the angle of the cable 15 degrees and your body thinks it's a new exercise. The way you turn on the hot rod thing is you keep tricking the body into thinking it's got to learn something new. Most people that are exercising want to burn fat and stay lean. So they need to be more like a hot Rod and burn a lot of fuel.
