The report has six different sections. The first section is actually called, is the revolution real? And it turns out that the evolution is happening, just not as radically and not as quickly as people might be thinking. It turns out most organizations are trying to do things a little differently. There's no obvious thing you put in place to replace radings. So there's a reluctance to acually move away from ratings. Many organizations are going, all right, we need to do this ma conversation about how you're doing at least twice a year,. maybe even four times a year.
