Darrin Daly: The worst leader in the world lives in your house. Even if you think that you are led by some one else or work for some one else, you are ultimately only led by one person and that one person would be you. You can't lead anyone else further than you have led yourself. So since the most important leadership principle there is is leading by example, tell us while you simultaneously tell yourself how do you need to do a better job leading you?
