I Cook Before Going Out and I Create Bulk Meals
I cook before going out to avoid overeating or binging. While I'm cooking I will always just cook in bulk so I know a lot of people do meal prepping. The more approaching you have the better that'll keep you fuller longer and that way when I go to the coffee shop I'm not craving sugary things because I've gone full. So this is kind of like three-in-one within this one category. It's funny because I made this YouTube video with talking about these hacks and I didn't realize that I did most of these until I filmed the video and I was like wow this iskind of interesting"
