OCD - What's That Common Thread?

I think that's kind of at least what I talk a lot about it is picking up on the themes right because things can be very thematic in OCD and we're gonna step back more and look globally exactly like what is that common thread. People don't recognize or know often all the different ways that OCD can manifest so looking at how does it show up in any and all different environments and places will help us better understand our condition. If there are people out there who feel like they don't belong to an OCD community then you definitely still have a home and ERP and other evidence-based strategies can still be really helpful for you 100%.
