What Can Circulating Tumedina Tell Us About Cancer in the Body?

The epigenetic programe tells you the tissue of origin, whee the cancers ome. So just detecting a tthree mutation in the prifl blood doesn't tell you where that canceris likely to arise. And so by looking at the epigenetic changes, it can tell you which tissue the abnormal dena has come from. That's much more useful information for then subsequent imaging tests o trina identify the cancer and identify whether surgical intervention would be appropriate.
