We learn by imitating so can we role model this because having children um they often have to do group projects in class and the teacher or out of class has not told them how to do that it often ends up. We need to be able to learn how to do group work to encourage those who are not natural group workers, he says. Those who just want to talk all the time should feel part of the deal according to his advice. People leave what happens those relationships those conversations there's memories those feelings that could be a strong part of where your organization is powerful or not i say.
