Pat Lynchoni: We're going to dive in for the first time into one of the six types of working genius that is probably the most layered and complex or nuanced. It's not something you see somebody doing it externally or physically and you go, they're good at that. And so, and I think actually when we came up with a model, this was one of the more important discoveries is that teams really need this genius. If a team is lacking it, or if a person is lacking it and they're not going to others to help them with it, they can really miss out.
