Adapting to the Demand of the Stressors

Just because you exercise or you train doesn't mean that you are healthy. There are plenty of folks that I know, that he observe, that are committed, they train, they exercise daily, and they are woefully underperforming and ultimately not healthy. So what we need is an approach that enables you as a time-staffed athlete to integrate training into a really busy life but also conflicts with it. And that's focus. We only have so much ability to adapt to the demand of the stresses from a physical standpoint. But in addition to physical, total load, we alsoonly have so much mental capacity to focus.
