What's the Pattern of the Supreme Court's Rove Way Decision?
The pattern we're seeing from this court is the total abandonment of any kind of intellectual consistency. The new york gun case was addressing a law that has been on the books in new ork for a very, very long time. And now that rove wade has been overturned, we're going to see other cases that were decided along similar lines, i think, come up for challenge.
