Freedom of speech is not without limits. There are moral assertions underneath those limits on free speech. Those moral assertions have to be protected by religious freedom. It's justb racy defending itself based on its own bureaucracy. And it's also a disconnection from biology right? In other words, if you disconnect these rights from biology, then you have to connect them to something else. And they've been connected, essentially to human will.
