As a manager when I've asked for feedback from rep so people who work for me in the on the org chart it's it's so critical how you respond to it. The natural tendency for most of us is to get defensive give me feedback they tell me something that I messed up and I said well I did it because but but you don't understand as opposed to genuinely thanking them. As leaders we have to be willing to take feedback if we want to get better.
