On exam, she has a heart rate in the low 100s. She also has painless, supraclavicular lymphadenopathy. Her ECG showed sinus tachycardia with occasional PACs and PVCs. A chest X-ray showed a widened medius dinum and a trace right plural effusion. The anemia of 8.8 from 11.5 helps us at least exonerate that possible hypothesis.
