T c g changes are pretty common when it comes to er dissections. They're not diagnostic, and they can show varying abnormalities. Simple chest radiography has also been shown to have a sensitivity for picking up acute aotic scyndrones of up to 64%. But there haven't been any prospective validations of that workin clinical practice. Work is really needed in patients present and how we’re going to spot them,. There isn't one single thing that we're going to be able to rely on in isolation down to particular risk factors.
