No, no, it's still a largely private economy. It's extremely well run economy both at the macro level and at the micro level,. The countries got virtually no debt, exchange rates floating. They're up to their necks and reserves. Social metrics are improving. So economics is not the issue where I think there are big differences between Russia and orthodoxy or what people sort of expect as high level quality policy.
