Deconstructionism and the Church

I draw a line in leadership between being cynical and being sceptical. Jesus is all about sceptical, right? Right? And i think deconstruction, when by the time we hear about someone's deconstruction, they're already cynical,. It's aready like, i can't help you at this point. I want to help, but you usonte place wher, i can not. But we have to let them be open when they have the sceptical questions, right? Honest i questions,right?
