How to Manage Your Boss Effectively

The technique that I like to promote to folks it is called schedule sinking. This is where the employee right sits down and this is for employees who are having trouble balancing you know multiple teams. We actually try to physically schedule sink what we call GSD time or like airplane time like no distraction so if they all do it at the same time then they're not bugging each other during that time which is helpful just to not get distracted.
