How do you measure this? You know, can you actually measure the impact that this training is having on people? Sometimes it's a rote learning style exercise, because that's how they've been taught. It's very, very different to engage with the material to pull out. Why is it relevant to my audience who are sales people? Or why is it relevant for my audience who actually are fellow compliance officers? And I like that thinking, but I also recognize there are going to be some things where you can't put someone in a position where they could inside a deal and people are.
