The more accustomed your body is to training and building muscle, the higher threshold you have to put it through in order to notice more gain. There's a certain ukno percentage, that you have to get to in order to experience, you know, muscle growth. And so we have to change that stimuli in a progressive manner, and we have to do that no systematically overtime. But after a certain point in time, there's this thing, a progressive overload.
