Mulled Wine - What's the Point of It?

I like mulled wine, but only drinking it once a year. I made a very good pigs in blanket risotto the other day. Resotto is a great way of using leftovers. And there's nothing wrong with the pigs in blanket on the top. You know, this is a nice way of usingleftovers. It's a great way to use leftover veg up at the end of the week.
