Some of this is almost certainly like, and I don't think considering what's being said, it would get thrown out under adi slap statutes. In my experience, X, Y, Z is a big, mean, demeaning, bitchy, angry fucker. Do not expose yourself for trying to do the right thing because then you will have very few future opportunities to continue to try and do the right things.
