The Feynion Bombing Campaign

The Irish Fenneans were behind the Feynion bombing campaign in 1881. They wanted to instill fear and gain an audience with the government. In May of that year, a bomb was placed in a public urinal - but it hit its intended target at Scotland Yard. The special branch building was ripped apart including the office of the head of the Criminal Investigation Department. Here's historian Adam Wood to tell us more about who was behind the attack.
