How to Improve Your Fitness
You have to start where you are, and that's real simple. It does not require inordinate amounts of time and money to improve your fitness. If you don't fix your sleep, nothing else will matter. Get your face into the sun every morning when you wake up for about 10 to 15 to 30 minutes. Your body chemistry will inevitably start to slide into vampire status because your body won't know that it's daylight.
