20 grand as a pay rise? Look, can i answer that second? I see this as there's actually to two things going on here. The first thing is, we've got a prearranged meeting that is about salary. The second thing going on is the boss has gone, oh, this person's done a really great job last little while. And now they've found theirselves managing an extra two people and moving up into a level of responsibility 20 grand. It's probably not a big deal, and probably worth it.
