Trump's Counsel in the Mar-a-Lago Documents Case
Trump was always leaning over towards Todd Blanche, the attorney from New York who is one of Trump's attorneys in the case brought by Manhattan and D.A. Alvin Bragg. The former Florida solicitor general Chris Kice had a very minimal role to play and Trump did not seem to make any efforts to speak with him at the table. And I almost kind of thought I hallucinated it but it's since been confirmed that Jack Smith was sitting behind the table of the DOJ prosecutors. He very pointedly stared at Trump many times throughout the proceedings and he very pointedly just kind of had laser-like focus on Trump during the hearing.
