Did He, He Genuinely Cared?

I was hired to teach Title 1 again. The day before school started, they had gotten approval from the superintendent or whatever to hire a third fifth grade teacher. She came to me and she said, you know, which let's teach fifth grade and I'm thinking, no, not really. For two reasons. You know, I have zero time to get ready. This is the day before the first day of school. And it's fifth grade, which I've only worked with primary at this point. So this is completely new world for me. Yeah. That alone, I'm really scared and nervous and just not, not thrilled."
