Do You See the Shift?
Volunteers are getting kind of patted on the back for in the organization. Have you seen the shift happening? Maybe when you begun this a couple of years ago, there was a little bit more trepidation. But i'm actully relly glad we were out because it's building a cultural foundation that is going to pave the way for an appreciation of what we do and then insure that what we do is focused on things that matter.
