i grew up as a child ofthe eighties, so fat was definitely something that was demonized in my house. And we are now realizing is a lot more important for our diets, and especially for fueling our brains, than we used to understand. We can go back to 35 on nudging to think about how we can think about making the right foods to eat easier to do. i know changing your habits isn't easy, but it's really what's going to make the difference in what you eat.
