I think that the mindset has been for so long to do less. You still, to me, like at whatever age you are, you want to be pushing that boundary a little bit. I just feel as a societally, we let ourselves and elderly people off the hook a little too easily in terms of training as they get older. It isn't all the bio hacks, it's getting us on lights, it's moving every day,. Getting some resistance training, making sure that you're eating as natural and healthy as possible.
