The surgeon general, Vivek Murphy has been like on this big national tour talking about the loneliness epidemic and the like loneliness epidemic. Every study finds that it's the same thing. It's social interaction is just what life is,. And we are all losing that. The amount of time you spent on your phone that fire hose of dopamine that your brain is not designed to absorb changes how your mind works. Those two hours a day that we're spending in ways that it changes us are harmful to everybody around us, not just to us.
