I think it's really a good concept for people to think about whenever they want to build high performing teams. So this basically come down to the categories that we mentioned before. For example, explicitly defined goals, the stuff that you put on your wall, the things that you radiate,. That's something that is very visible and the way that you communicate. However, if you start looking at ownership, for example, on presence, that's basically the stuff that's underneath.
