The Silence of a Crisis Line
Mia and I have both had experience in this space we have because we both have worked for telephone crisis services. A lot of people will do those small courses that big non-government organizations with 24-hour crisis lines will provide. They'll volunteer or work on those lines for a period of time before working out what they're going to do with the rest of their career so I think it's a really common experience.
