Dean Zunz: I feel like appearance, dressing up, going to Sephora, putting on makeup, that is also a side of joy. But then in the discipline, we're kind of saying you can't do too much of that because you won't be received as being a serious scholar. And so culturally, for me to step out with no earrings and no lip gloss, that is not me. So it's inappropriate. It's inappropriate. But then why should I? Daniela: At the end of the day, you have to do what's going to make you happy with yourself.
