A recent report from the law enforcement agency of the European Union, Neuropol, revealed that Generative AI is already being used to help people commit crimes. Italy has gone as far as blocking chat GPT for the time being saying more work is needed into the chat put to investigate whether it's complied with general data protection regulation. Through AI alone, you can now, in a moment, you can actually stroke up tensions and activate hate that then is acted upon offline.
