A woman in New South Wales complained after she was sent a photo taken by a mobile detection camera, which clearly showed her underwear. She took the matter to court where she put it guilty to the offense, but in doing so, it sort of brought attention to the photo. If an actual person took the same photo, they could face two years in prison. The rise of surveillance technology and how that might impact our privacy is also being questioned.
