Not a week goes by without news from Chirnihiv or Sumer region about a tractor, mechanic triggering an anti-tank mine that has somehow escaped the Ukrainian sappers. Another big problem for a lot of farmers is that more than half of the farms have been looted and bombed. The Russians took a lot of our farm and equipment to Crimea, and there is no finance to replace it. I would like to think that somehow after our victory, the state will be able to give us cheap loans," he says.
