You can be an amazingly capable data scientist. You're going to bring, you know, a strong analytics background and strong analytic skill set. And i think that's the underrated capability of people. As they get into their thirties, forties, fifties and even sixties, there's a level of steadiness that just keeps coming in. Don't feel like that's something you want to hide. Find the ways to talk about your experience with other people who may not have had it as long or better than you do. Be willing to take on more responsibility if necessary. Take advantage of any opportunities where someone else is taking care of all the heavy lifting. Have fun!
