Is Intellectual Property a System That's Being Used to Stifle Local Entrepreneurship?

A lot of corporations use other areas as bases for operations while trying to stifle local entrepreneurship. So I think that's a huge part of intellectual property too because that's one of the sort of hammers that they hold over developing countries, it would seem at least. We just want to be really careful about protecting, protecting innovation by, you know, making sure that no innovation can happen in the world.
