In Matthew chapter 22, the Sadducees approached Jesus and they have this hypothetical. A man dies having no children. His brother marries his widow. And seven brothers do this. Each one dies without ever leaving any children to her. So there's this notion of what's called the Leviathan marriage where you marry your dead brother's wife in order to kind of honor him or make sure his name lives on. But when we're talking about the saints, whether they're in purgatory or in heaven, we are not talking about the dead, but the living. That's a really important thing.
